Scope:

These terms apply to all bookings made through our website and booking platforms. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment:

Payments are processed via Stripe. All prices include applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation & Refund:

Cancellations are subject to the conditions stated on the booking page.

Guest Responsibility:

You agree to use the holiday apartment with care and report any damages immediately.

Liability:

Plep GmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Any liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of personal belongings is excluded. Liability is in all cases limited to the booking value of the accommodation. We are not responsible for technical failures of external systems (e.g., Stripe, Hostaway) or incorrect information from third parties.

Property Owners:

We manage properties respectfully and reliably. Owners can be confident that their properties are professionally cared for.

Intellectual Property:

Content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Plep GmbH. Any use without express permission is prohibited.

Changes:

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website.
